We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following products are generally not eligible for return:

Custom-made or made-to-order curtains.
Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Personalized products.
Products that have been altered after delivery.
Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or not as described.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

An incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Folddrape will bear the reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
